Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you via email.

Tracking Information

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Address Accuracy

Orders returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.
If your shipment is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier investigation when possible.
International Delivery Delays
Customs inspections, local postal delays, weather events, and other factors outside our control may extend delivery times. These delays do not qualify for shipping refunds.
Partial Shipments
In rare cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to expedite delivery. If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Signature Requirements
