Italian Rolex Bracelets: Aftermarket Oyster & Jubilee Components

Oysters Jubilee manufactures new aftermarket bracelet components for vintage Rolex and Tudor cases. We are an independent manufacturer rather than a vintage parts dealer, and every bracelet we ship is newly produced instead of salvaged. Buyers usually want two answers: where the parts come from, and whether they will fit. This page gives both.

What Italian Aftermarket Bracelets Actually Are

A listing that says Italian Rolex bracelet is describing a European supply chain, not a single workshop. Italian manufacturers earned standing in this category by producing aftermarket bracelets to tight dimensional tolerances, and the label stuck. It tells you nothing about a specific seller. Plenty of listings borrow it. Before money changes hands on an aftermarket Rolex bracelet, two questions matter: who manufactured the part, and whether it is new.

We Manufacture New Components, We Do Not Resell Vintage Parts

Oysters Jubilee manufactures bracelet components directly. We do not buy vintage stock and we do not trade in salvaged parts. Every Oyster bracelet and Jubilee bracelet in the catalogue is brand new, precision machined to match documented specifications for the case it serves.

That distinction has commercial weight. A vintage dealer sells you scarcity. A manufacturer sells you a part that arrives in known condition, in stock, and available again next year.

Where We Manufacture and Source: The European Union, Italy Included

We directly manufacture and source across multiple suppliers only in the European Union, Italy included. That is the precise claim and we keep it transparent on purpose. Sellers who blur manufacturing origin with shipping origin are why this category needs scrutiny. Our guide on how to vet an Italian aftermarket bracelet seller sets out ten questions worth asking any supplier, including us.

Manufacturing origin and shipping origin are different facts. Any seller should be able to state both.

Precision Machined to Period-Correct Specifications

Every component is precision machined to match original factory dimensions for the reference it replaces. Link profile, tapering, lug width and clasp geometry follow period-correct specifications rather than a generic 20mm blank. Our bracelets carry hollow end links, consistent with the production periods this catalogue covers. Solid end links arrived in later production runs that we do not manufacture.

Replacement Bracelet Compatibility by Case Reference

Fitment is decided by the case, not by the model name on the dial. A Submariner 5513 and a Submariner 16610 take different bracelets despite sharing a line. Four variables govern whether a replacement bracelet sits correctly:

  • Case reference number, which sets the end link profile
  • Lug width, 20mm across every reference in the current range
  • Whether the case has drilled lug holes
  • Clasp type, since some bracelets suit foldover clasps only

Get those four right and the rest follows.

How to Identify the Correct Bracelet Reference Number

Start from the case reference of the watch itself, then work forward:

  1. Match the case reference to a bracelet reference
  2. Match that bracelet reference to its end link pair
  3. Confirm clasp type and spring bar thickness

One caution. Two similar numbers can mean different construction: 9315 uses folded links, 93150 uses hollow links. They cover overlapping models but are not the same part.

Oyster Bracelet References 93150, 9315, 78360 and 78500

Every Rolex Oyster bracelet we make is stainless steel and 20mm. Four references cover the range, listed in full under aftermarket Oyster bracelets.

93150 fits Sea-Dweller 1665 and Submariner 5512, 5513, 1680, 16800, 16610 and 14060, plus Tudor Submariner 79090 and 79190. 9315, its folded-link predecessor, suits Submariner 5512, 5513 and 1680 alongside Tudor Submariner 7016 through 9411/0. 78360 carries the widest fitment: Explorer I 1016 and 14270, Explorer II 1655, 16550 and 16570, GMT-Master 1675 and 16750, Milgauss 1019, Datejust 16000 and 16200, and Daytona 16520. 78500 is Tudor only.

Jubilee Bracelet Reference 62510H and Compatible Models

Reference 62510H is the five-link Rolex Jubilee bracelet our Jubilee bracelet components are built around. It fits Datejust 16000 and 16200, GMT-Master 1675, 16700 and 16750, and GMT-Master II 16710 and 16760.

Two constraints decide whether it works on your watch: the bracelet takes 2mm spring bars, and it pairs with foldover clasps but not flip lock clasps. Variants slotted for cases without lug holes are listed separately, so check the end link designation before ordering.

A bracelet matched to the case reference sits flush. One matched only to the lug width does not.

Hollow End Links for Oyster and Jubilee Bracelet Fitment

End links touch the case, and they decide whether a bracelet looks correct or merely attached. Every end link we manufacture is hollow, matching the construction used across the production periods this catalogue serves. Solid end links belong to later references outside our range.

End Link References 580, 571 and 380B for Tudor and Oyster Cases

Three references cover most of what buyers ask about. 580 pairs with Submariner 5512, 5513, 1680 and 16800, and with Explorer I 1016, Explorer II 1655, GMT-Master 1675 and 16750, and Milgauss 1019. 571 is the Daytona 6263 and 6265 fitment. 380B is Tudor, covering Submariner 79090 and 79190.

Some pairings ship as separate pieces attached during sizing, normal for this construction. Browse the full range of end links for Rolex and Tudor; Tudor owners should work from the Tudor fitment chart, which maps those pairings on their own.

Fitting and Sizing Your Replacement Band

Most customers fit a Rolex replacement bracelet themselves. The work is mechanical rather than delicate and needs two tools, not a full bench. A watch carrying real value is still reasonable to hand to a watchmaker, especially where spring bar tension on a vintage case is uncertain. Sizing decides how the bracelet wears.

DIY Fitting Versus Professional Installation

Spring bar removal, end link seating and link removal suit anyone comfortable with a spring bar tool and a pin pusher. Our foldover clasp installation guide covers the clasp stage, where most first attempts go wrong.

Use a watchmaker when the lug holes are undrilled, when the case shows corrosion, or when the piece is insured above what you would risk on a slipped tool. Restoration rewards patience.

Adjusting Links, Clasp and Bracelet Length

Our bracelets are adjustable by removing links, and each arrives at a length that suits most wrists. Larger wrists run short. Where yours does, extra bracelet links in matching construction close the gap without forcing the clasp off-centre. Measure your current Rolex watch band end to end before ordering, clasp included, and compare against the size guide.

Frequently Asked Questions About Aftermarket Rolex Bracelets

Four questions come up more often than the rest. If yours is not here, send us the case reference.

Will an aftermarket band fit my vintage case reference?

If the case reference appears in our compatibility mapping, yes. Fitment follows the case rather than the model name, so a Submariner 5513 and a Submariner 16610 take different pairings. Send the reference and we will confirm compatibility before you order.

What is the difference between Oyster and Jubilee link construction?

Oyster bracelets use three flat links per row. Jubilee style bracelets use five, with polished links through the centre. Oyster reads as tool watch, Jubilee as dress. Our Oyster vs Jubilee comparison covers weight, wear and reference-by-reference fit.

Do these replacement bracelets include end links?

Some do and some do not, which is why every product title names the pairing. A listing reading 93150 with 580 end links ships both pieces. A listing reading 93150 alone is the bracelet on its own. All end links we supply are hollow end links.

How do I measure lug width before ordering an Oyster watch band?

Measure between the inside faces of the lugs with a caliper or steel rule. Watch bands in our current range are 20mm across every reference, covering most vintage Rolex and Tudor cases in scope. Cases from the 1950s and early 1960s often take 19mm, outside the range we manufacture. The bracelet sizing guide walks through the measurement and the common errors.
